THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE PURPOSES AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 501 © (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
